How do I export a purchase order?

Open Pursheet from your Shopify admin. Each purchase order has Export CSV and Export XLSX buttons. To export several at once, pick a status and use Export all.

Which file should I send my supplier?

XLSX opens in Excel and Google Sheets with formatted numbers and dates. CSV works in every spreadsheet app and most supplier systems.

The app says it cannot read my purchase orders

Reopen the app from your Shopify admin and approve the requested access. Your staff account also needs permission to view purchase orders.

Does the app change my purchase orders?

No. The app has read-only access.

Is it free?

Yes. Exporting purchase orders is free.
