Privacy policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Pursheet (the app) is operated by Enyel Cuadro. This policy explains what the app accesses and stores when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store.
Information the app reads
- Purchase orders. The app has read-only access to your purchase orders: supplier name, status, dates, line items, quantities, costs and tax. It reads them when you open the app or export a file, uses them to build that file, and does not store them.
- Inventory SKUs. The app has read-only access to the SKU of each item on a purchase order, for the SKU column. It does not store them.
- The app does not request access to customers, orders, payments or any other customer data.
Information we store
- Store details. Your store's myshopify.com domain and the access token and permissions Shopify issues to the app, so the app works when you open it.
- Usage information. Which exports your store made (the file type, whether it was one purchase order or all of them, and the status filter), and your answers if you choose to fill in the "What should we build next?" card: the features you picked, a range for purchase orders per month and a range for number of suppliers.
- Feedback. The message you write if you choose to use the feedback form, or the fact that you closed it.
- Contact email. Only if you choose to enter one in that card or the feedback form. We use it only to follow up on your answers or feedback.
How we use information
We use this information to run the app, create the files you export, decide which features to build next and answer support requests. We do not sell information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
The app is hosted on Render, stores its data in a Supabase database, and uses Sentry to report errors. These providers process data only to run the app for us. Error reports can include your store's domain.
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app, we delete its access token right away. Shopify sends us a deletion request 48 hours later, and we then delete your store's domain, usage information, feedback messages and any email you gave us. We keep only anonymous totals, such as how many stores picked a feature and the range answers, which cannot be linked to your store.
Your rights
To ask what we hold about your store, or to have it corrected or deleted, email helloenyel@gmail.com. You can also make requests through Shopify.
Security
All traffic to the app uses HTTPS, and access to stored data is limited to the operator and the service providers above.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
